Alessia is a seasoned professional in the property sector with more than 10 years of experience. She has worked across New South Wales and Queensland, honing her expertise in investments and property management.
Currently, Alessia oversees and manages Russo Investments as Head of Investments, applying her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to drive the company's success in the property market.

SENIOR ASSET MANAGER
Natalie is a highly experienced property professional with over 25 years in the industry. She has managed a diverse range of assets across retail, industrial, commercial and mixed use sectors, with expertise in lease negotiation and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Russo Investments, Natalie held a senior role as a Commercial Property Manager at a major Brisbane corporation, where she was responsible for the strategic management of a large property portfolio.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering value to stakeholders, and plays a key role in driving the growth and sustainability of Russo Investments' commercial portfolio.

ASSET MANAGER
Harrison is a dedicated property professional with a background in the industrial sector.
He began his career as an Analyst at a well known property firm in 2017, before moving to a Sales & Leasing Executive role.
His passion for property has driven his career growth, and in 2023 he joined the team at Russo Investments.
Harrison enjoys a multi-faceted role at RI where he utilises his knowledge of the Brisbane market to expand his relationships with tenants, contractors and agents throughout the industry.
